Headteacher - Mrs Hodgkinson
I am so proud to be the headteacher at Catherington Infant School. The children are fabulous and always try their best, they are definitely my favourite part of the job! When I am not at work, I love to read and spend time with my family and my lovely cocker spaniel Dude!
Senior Leadership - Mrs Weight
I am delighted to be joining the Catherinton Infant School team and be the teacher to the wonderful Seahorse class. Outside of school, I love nothing more than to spend time with my wonderful family, Nigel (my husband), Harry (my 4 year old son) and our two crazy Cockerpoo dogs who have an endless amount of energy!
Senior Admin Officer - Mrs Anderson
I have worked at Catherington for three years. I really enjoy my role and I love the fact that you never know what the day may bring! The children are great and a pleasure to be around. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and enjoy walking our two sprocker dogs, Lola and Lottie.
Year R - Mrs Burden
I joined Catherington in April 2018 and really enjoy teaching children in their first year of school. I love thinking up exciting learning experiences for the children I teach.
At home I am kept very busy with my own 2 children. We enjoy spending time together riding bikes and visiting lots of places. I also enjoy going swimming when I can.
Year R - Mrs Mannie
🐑 My favourite time of year has to be spring-time on a Cornish farm; it is my family’s favourite holiday every year. Herding a field of lambs is good practise for teaching a PE lesson in Year R! 🐑
Year 1 - Miss Fooks
Since joining Catherington at Easter I have loved every minute of it!
At home, I have a new addition to the family: a beagle puppy called Bailey! I am planning my wedding to Will for next August when I will become Mrs Reeve. Count down begins!
PPA teacher - Mrs Matthews
I am so pleased to be back working at Catherington after my heart transplant in February! I have missed working with little people. They really make the job worthwhile.
I've been a part of Catherington School for many years, my children having attended the school during that time. I love the challenge of a job where no two days are every the same and the joy of seeing children grow into confident young people. Outside of school, I love spending time with my new twin grandsons.
I love being a TA at Catherington Infant School. I also love spending time with my family, especialy going away in our campervan 'Stan the Van'!. We have two cats called Basil and Sybil.
I really enjoy being a TA at Catherington and especially like working in Dolphins class. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family, going for long walks and visiting different places on holiday.
