We experienced lots of exciting new things this week!
On Monday we had our first PE lesson. We loved driving around the playground in imaginary cars and learning how to balance and throw bean bags.

On Tuesday we went to forest school for the first time. We hunted for bugs, made dens, read books under a tree, played in the mud kitchen, climbed and explored!

On Thursday we had our first ever music lesson! We chose our own instruments and loved playing them loudly, quietly, quickly and slowly.

On Friday we visited the library and learned how to find a book to take home.

This week we also experienced guided reading for the first time. We read in groups with an adult each day, playing 'I Spy' with our shared book.

In PSHE we thought about what makes us special and had a go at drawing one of our favourite things. In maths we subitised, sorted zoo animals and built tall and short towers. 
We even ventured out into the rain and turned our train into a water slide! What a fun week!
