What is the Twinning Project?

In October we set up a special link with a school in Africa. This link was arranged through the Queen Elizabeth Country Park twinning project, and means that we have regular contact with a school in Uganda called Katunguru School. Katunguru is a small town within Queen Elizabeth National Park, and the school there teaches children from pre-school to secondary school age. 

 

We have been emailing back and forth with their link teacher, Ramathan Baryaruha, who sends us photographs and information about their school whenever he can. Every time we receive some new information we’ll update this page, so check back regularly!
