Head Teacher- Mrs Burden

Thank you so much for your generous Harvest donations this week. They were collected by the food bank yesterday and were greatly received. It was lovely to see so many parents attending our Harvest festival at the church this week. The children really enjoyed sharing the Harvest songs they have learnt, with you all.

Also this week Miss Watts and Mrs White ran the first of 6 sessions on wellbeing for parents. Thank you to those parents who were able to attend. We will be announcing new dates soon, so keep a look out for a letter to explain more.

A quick reminder that the church car park has a speed limit of 5mph. Please make sure you are driving safely when using the car park. Also as the weather is changeable at the moment please make sure your child has a coat in school. Our children still like to play outside in light rain during Discovery time, Adventure time, playtime and lunchtime. If the rain is very heavy then we give them waterproof jackets and trousers for discovery time and adventure time.

Have a fabulous weekend, hopefully it will be a bit drier than today.

A Werewolf Named Oliver James by Nicholas John Frith

‘Oh! There!

It’s me! I’m the werewolf!

But how had that happened?

It was just so….. AMAZING!’

On his way home one moonlit night, a strange thing happens to Oliver James: he turns into a werewolf!

It’s completely amazing… but what on Earth will his parents say when he finally gets home?

Your child can be awarded as many Values certificates as you like throughout the year.
