A Friendly Visitor!

Ramathan has sent us some very exciting photographs of an elephant wandering at the side of the road! He tells me that the elephants in the area are very friendly, but you do have to be careful not to get too close to them.

 

 

In other news, after sending Ramathan photographs of Reverend Richard leading our worship, he has let us know all about worship at Katunguru School. The school is community funded, and teaches children of Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faith. They are visited regularly by their local Reverend, but every religion is represented at the school, with each faith taking turns each week to lead worship and prayer time.

 

Sadly, Katunguru School has had to close again due to a surge in Coronavirus cases. Children and staff are having to stay at home as the area is in total lockdown. We're sending love and best wishes to all of the people in Uganda who are being affected by the virus.
