• Application forms for families living in our catchment area can be collected from the school office- proof of address required

• Catchment areas can be determined online at http://www3.hants.gov.uk/learning

• Forms can be handed in at your preferred school- even if you're out of catchment

• Applications can also be made online at http://www3.hants.gov.uk/learning

• All applications must be submitted by 12 noon on Friday 20th November 2009
